Wallonia (Belgium) Trade-Investment Agency  is the government agency of the Wallonia Region of  Belgium in charge of foreign trade promotion and foreign investment  attraction. As an Export Agency, Awex assists buyers and decision-makers by  supplying information on Wallonia's products and services. Awex also  facilitates connections between foreign and Wallonia entities. As an Investment  Agency, Awex partners with foreign companies seeking to establish or expand  their activities in Europe.

Emmanuelle is an experienced international trade and investment professional with a proven track record in driving Belgian trade, investment, and innovation across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. She supports SMEs, attracts foreign investment, and fosters strategic partnerships, while promoting cultural and academic exchanges and the Francophonie.

Fluent in French, English, Dutch, and Spanish, with knowledge of Mandarin, Emmanuelle leverages her deep intercultural expertise to create high-impact programs, lead trade missions, and connect Belgian/walloon companies with investors, partners, and global networks.

Education: Executive MBA (UCLouvain), Master in International Trade (Solvay Business School), Master in Political Science & International Relations (UCL Mons), Certificate in International Development & Cooperation (Enabel).
