 The Chicago International Trade Commissioners’ Association is a volunteer organization since 1986 comprising the Trade Representatives from foreign governments based in Chicago, with jurisdiction mostly for the Midwest Region of the United States. CITCA currently has over 50 members representing more than 40 countries from across the globe. As CITCA we inform people about the Midwest and our home countries, connecting companies, organizing participations in trade shows, facilitating trade missions, fostering academic partnerships, to list just a few.

We recognize that international business is a “two-way street”,  and partnerships are crucial to sustained economic success. The CITCA members contained in this Directory are your one-stop source of advice on bilateral trade opportunities in our respective countries and we are ready and happy to assist you. 

Our goal: to facilitate the expansion of international trade and investment between their respective countries (or regions) and the Midwest.
