PROMEXICO - TRADE COMMISSION OF MEXICO

The Trade Commission Mexico - ProMéxico   is the Mexican Federal Government Institution in charge of strengthening   Mexico’s participation in the international economy. We support the exports activities of   companies established in the country and coordinate actions to attract   foreign direct investment.

Martin T. Caro is trade and investment commissioner. He holds a   Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Tecnologico de Monterrey in   Mexico, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from   King’s College London in the United Kingdom. Mr. Caro has a professional   experience of over ten years in the fields of international business,   logistics and customs. He was the Head of Customs Clearance Operations for a   major customs broker as well as Customs Coordinator and Logistics Project   Manager. In 2009 Mr. Caro joined   ProMéxico office in Seoul and later the ProMéxico North America team in   Washington D.C. Recently he was promoted to lead the ProMéxico office in   Chicago as Trade and Investment Commissioner.
